Citronmåne

I had wonderful intentions of taking a fabulous photo of the cake I made for afternoon tea a couple of days back but alas that didnt quite work out so you get the plated slice with the beautiful freesias instead. The Danish lemon moon cake was delicious and it was enjoyed by all served with some fresh cream and a little bit of sunshine.

I would highly recommend making it if you have an abundance of lemons/limes( i substituted limes as that is what i have in abundance). It was easy and very very tasty!!
